Meet your facilitator
Hello, Gudrun Gilles here, founder of The MARQ Group, I started out in education over 35 years ago but my style has never been about textbooks or lectures. I developed my approach to teaching and knowledge transfer through a mixture of practical and academic experiences which laid the groundwork for my path into facilitation!
Because life is too short for dry, passive workshops, I enjoy blending my specialised knowledge with an inclusive atmosphere. Think of it like a cosy coffee chat where everyone gets a seat at the table. We’re not just learning; we’re co-creating. We share insights to dream up visions, problem-solve and strategise. So, if you’re up for practical, innovative outcomes get in touch to bring your workshop idea to life.
